I've canceled my order; when will I get my refund?

WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY REFUND?

• Upon receiving your return, we'll conduct an inspection and then send you an email confirmation. You'll first receive an email acknowledging the receipt of your rug, followed by another indicating the status of your refund. Please give us up to 48 hours after the rug's arrival to inspect and finalize your return before inquiring about the refund status.

• The refunded amount will be credited to your initial payment method. Depending on your bank's processing time, the refund may take 3-5 working days to reflect in your account. Understandably, the exact duration is beyond our control and varies by bank. Rest assured, once you get our refund confirmation email, the refund has been initiated on our end. If you made your payment through Klarna/Clearpay/Laybuy, please verify your account with them to check the refund status.
