Proper Rug Packaging Guide

Proper Rug Packaging Guide:

  • Ensure that the rug is entirely covered, sealing both ends firmly using robust packaging tape or cable ties. Avoid masking tape or standard sellotape.
  • The rug should be free from external elements like dirt, moisture, and odors and must be returned in a pristine, resaleable state.
  • Rely on strong packaging materials. Avoid using flimsy bags or paper, as they can tear during transit. Rugs received in compromised conditions due to inadequate packaging will not qualify for refunds.
  • Should you need extra packaging material, please contact us.

Important: Damaged or soiled rugs aren't eligible for refunds. In such instances, claims should be raised with the respective courier. We will provide photographic evidence of the rug's condition upon its arrival to support your claim.
